2: Design Planning
At the design meeting, you will personally sit down with our designer to discuss and brainstorm ideas. This is the time to bring all your favorite floor plans and your overall vision for your dream home.
3: The Floor Plan
At this meeting, we will present a proposed floor plan based on your consultation. We can then work on an elevation based on the home style you prefer.
4: Figuring Out Details
When it is time to sign the contract, we will provide actual calculations to fit your price point. Everything will be fully customized to your needs and preferences. Our contracts are in place to keep your budget on track and guide you. This transparency keeps you from having surprises along the way. Once you’re satisfied with the plan, we move forward with the contractual agreements, ensuring all details are clearly outlined.
5: Finalizing Plans
Navigating the permitting process can be complex, but our team handles all the paperwork and approvals for you. We ensure all necessary permits are obtained in a timely manner, keeping your project on schedule. While we wait, you will meet with the design team to finish off all the final plan details. You will continue working with our design team to finalize all of your product selections.
6: Construction
With all plans approved, construction begins. It can take from 6-8 months, depending on the project. During this time, you will have 24-hour access to our online portal system. It allows you to log in at any time to communicate with us, access documents, change orders, and review selections. It’s convenient, transparent and effective.
