We don’t offer in-house financing. Some people self-finance, which is great. But in most instances, people use a lender to secure financing. We can recommend some companies that our clients have worked with in the past.

We specialize in luxury custom builds, with the vast majority of our custom home contracts ranging from $750,000 to $3 million. For full custom home projects, we generally look for a starting price point around $1.5 million. Before signing a contract, we provide precise calculations to fit your specific price point so there are no unexpected surprises.
The initial design and planning phase typically takes 1 to 2 months, with an average timeline of 3 to 4 months from your first call to finalizing the designs. Once the plans are fully approved and permitted, the actual construction phase generally takes 8 to 10 months, depending on the size and scope of your project.
No, you do not need to own property to get started. While most of our clients use a broker to help them find the perfect piece of land, we occasionally have a few properties available ourselves. We can evaluate lot options with you to ensure the land will support your desired floor plan.
