The Custom Home-building Process

Building a custom home can seem complicated, but Nu Wavz will be with you every step of the way, from initial planning to move-in day. Before you get started, it may help to understand that process. Here are the steps that you’ll go through to arrive at your finished home:

1: Find a Property

Maybe you own property that you’d like to use. Or sometimes we have a few properties available. Most of our clients use a broker to help them find the perfect piece of land where they can build their dream home.

2: Find a Lender

We don’t offer in-house financing. Some people self-finance, which is great. But in most instances, people use a lender to secure financing. We can recommend some companies that our clients have worked with in the past.

3: Find a Builder

This is where we come in. We can take you from napkin doodles to move-in ready. We handle everything, including permitting, design, engineering and construction. Our goal is to keep the stress and confusion out of the home-building process.
