Maybe you own property that you’d like to use. Or sometimes we have a few properties available. Most of our clients use a broker to help them find the perfect piece of land where they can build their dream home.

If you haven’t purchased land yet, we can help point you toward experienced real estate professionals who specialize in finding ideal homesites.

3. Secure Financing

We don’t offer in-house financing. Some people self-finance, which is great. But in most instances, people use a lender to secure financing. We can recommend some companies that our clients have worked with in the past.

Our team can also help you understand the construction loan process so you know what to expect before building begins.

4. Design Your Home

Work closely with our team to create a fully customized floor plan tailored to your family’s needs, style, and budget.

5. Engineering & Permitting
